Ingredients

  • cups pineapple juice or reconstituted frozen lemonade
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries or raspberries

Method

  1. Pour the pineapple juice or lemonade into a chilled ice-cube tray with the divider in place. Allow to freeze partly.

  2. Wash the berries and purée them in an electric blender or force them through a sieve.

  3. Combine the berries and the orange juice and pour the mixture over the partly frozen pineapple juice. Freeze until partly set.
