  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 4 tart medium apples, peeled and diced

Method

  1. Preheat oven to hot (425°F.).

  2. Cook fruits, sugar, salt and water in a covered saucepan for ten minutes. Stir in tapioca and cool. Add vanilla.
