Ingredients

  • 4 squares (4 ounces) unsweetened chocolate
  • cups

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate over hot water. Remove from the heat and add the sugar and water all at once. Blend well.

  2. Add the egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the butter, one tablespoon at a time.
