  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • cups sifted confectioners’ sugar, approximately
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange or lemon rind
  • 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier or orange juice

Method

Cream the cheese with about half of the sugar and the orange or lemon rind. Continue creaming, adding the Grand Marnier or orange juice and enough more sugar to give a spreading consistency.
