Ingredients

  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum

    Method

    Combine the chocolate, water and coffee in a saucepan. Heat over simmering water, stirring occasionally, until sauce is smooth. Stir in rum and serve immediately.
