  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes
  • cold water or club soda

Method

Place the yoghurt, salt and ice cubes in a large glass. Add the cold water or club soda, stirring all the ingredients together, until the glass is almost full.
