Combine the lime juice, rum, grenadine and bitters. Pour over crushed ice in a tumbler. Fill with club soda and stir briskly to frost the glass lightly.
Garnish the glass with a slice of lime, a sprig of fresh mint, and a pineapple stick to use as a stirrer.
