Here’s an incredibly easy home-made rendition of the famous mass-produced Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups®.


  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 280 g (10 oz) dark chocolate


The Chocolate

In a saucepan, melt the coconut oil and chocolate together over low heat. Mix with a spatula until smooth.

Stack several small paper cases inside each other: it helps keep the paper pleat intact, otherwise the pressure of the chocolate pushes out the sides and distorts the shape.
