A great accompaniment to game, or a quick and easy main course in itself.

Ingredients

  • 500 g brussels sprouts
  • 75 g butter
  • 100 g

Method

Steam the brussels sprouts for 20 minutes or so, until they are well cooked but retain a bit of bite.

Toss the sprouts with the butter, crumble in the chestnuts and, finally, stir in the smoked salmon. Season and serve immediately.
