Sangria is redolent of student days where a few bottles of red wine and whatever hard liquor was lying around were pressed into service (with some over-ripe fruit).

White Sangria is cleaner looking and tasting, and altogether more elegant... Greg and Patrie use only citrus fruit as apples, peaches etc. tend to discolour. This Sangria takes about 5 to 10 minutes to assemble, but prepare it in the morning so the mixture has several hours to develop it
