  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Combine the oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl, whisk in the lemon juice, and beat the mixture well until all the ingredients are well amalgamated. Pour over the cooked fish. Then sprinkle the cheese over the fish. If the combination of fish and cheese seems strange or unlikely, I can assure you that it tastes delicious.
