  • About

This is an ideal recipe for left-over boiled or baked fish.

Ingredients

  • left-over fish, ½ kg (1 lb)
  • olive oil, 100 ml

Method

Flake the fish and slice the potatoes. Heat the olive oil, add the bay leaf, garlic and onion and cook until golden. Then add the vinegar and boil gently for 2 or 3 minutes. Put in the fish flakes and the sliced potatoes and continue to boil, stirring well, so that fish and potatoes absorb the oil and vinegar.

Season to taste and serve very hot.
