  • salted herring, 100 g ( oz)
  • cooked pork or beef, 200

Method

Dice the salad ingredients. Mix the dressing and combine it with the salad. Mound all this up on a platter. Estonians would decorate the mound with rounds of cucumber, apple, tomato or egg, lettuce leaves and parsley. Serve as a zakuska or light salad.
