Ingredients

  • 2 hoja santa leaves
  • 4 slices green apple
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Licor 43
  • 2 ounces (60 ml) mezcal

Method

Muddle the hoja santa and green apple in a tumbler. Pour in the rest of the ingredients and shake all the ingredients together in the same glass.

Strain, serve over ice, and use a hoja santa leaf as garnish.
