Ingredients

  • 2 ounces (60 ml) pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) honey
  • 4 ounces (120 ml) coconut water
  • 2 ounces (60 ml) mezcal
  • ½ ounce (15 ml) Bénédictine liqueur

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass over ice.
