  • 3 slices cucumber
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) melon liqueur
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Triple Sec
  • Β½ ounce (15 ml) limoncello
  • 2 ounces (60 ml) mezcal reposado
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) simple syrup

For the Garnish

Method

Rim a cocktail glass with sal de chile. Add the cucumbers to the glass and muddle until the cucumbers have fallen apart.

In a shaker, combine the lime juice, simple syrup, Triple Sec, melon liqueur, limoncello, and mezcal with ice.

Shake and pour over ice.
