  • 4 cups (640 g) sliced and seeded cantaloupe
  • 3 cups (960 ml) filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Method

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pass through a fine-mesh sieve and serve over ice.
