  • 2 red capsicums (peppers)
  • 1 green capsicum (pepper)
  • 1 red onion
  • 100 g spicy chorizo
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 cod fillet, weighing 800 g
  • Fine sea salt

1 baking dish

1 chopping board


Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Deseed the capsicums and thinly slice. Peel and slice the onion.

Cut the chorizo into matchsticks. Mix the onion, capsicums and chorizo with the olive oil.

Lay the cod in a baking dish, cover with the chorizo-capsicum-onion mixture and bake for 20 minutes.

Season with fine sea salt.
