It’s simple and flavoursome, but that is WAY TOO MUCH OIL - so much so that I think 100ml must be a typoI I have no fear of oily food, but it’s just wasteful here. I would suggest that 1-2 tbsp (15-30ml) would be enough.
Hi Beccy - we checked and it does say 100ml in the print edition too — but we will double check with the author for their thoughts. With the price of olive oil these days, we'd agree that holding back a little on the oil may make sense!
