This isn’t really a new recipe. I’m sure in many parts of the country you will find this dish in fish and chip shops! However, I thought I would include it because it’s such a fun dish (and, of course, very tasty) and works so well as a snack, canapé, in finger buffets, as a starter or even as a main course with mashed potatoes and peas!
Well, these fritters do go very well with the Home-made Tomato Ketchup or a mayonnaise-based sauce. A good tart
