These pancakes have more substance to them than, say, a French crêpe and also readily welcome added flavourings, such as herbs and spices. This is a great brunch to cater for all tastes as you can make the pancakes and then everyone can help themselves to the toppings, whether it be the olive and tomato or the marinated chicken, prawn/shrimp or lamb variations, opposite.
