The simplest of tomato salads, topped with a creamy dressing made with goafs cheese and goat’s milk. Serve as an accompaniment or as part of a selection of salads for a picnic.
Arrange the tomato slices in overlapping circles in a shallow serving bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk all the remaining ingredients together and pour over the tomatoes. Serve well chilled.
