A truly wonderful vegetarian pizza: roasted vegetables topped with contrasting cheeses and drizzled with rosemary oil. A real treat.

  • 90 ml (3 fl oz, cup)

Method

For the dough, dissolve the yeast in a little of the water. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl and make a well in the centre. Pour the yeast liquid into the well with the remaining water and the olive oil and bring it all together with your hands to form a pliable dough.
