This tart is a speciality of the Poitou region in France, where it is made with goat’s cheese, as below. You could substitute cream cheese, if you prefer.
Preheat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, gas 5. Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured surface until it is 3 mm (⅛ i
