Method

Put the juniper berries in a mortar and crush to a fine powder. Make the sauté potatoes in the usual way but after adding the butter, season them with the juniper along with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the rosemary and cheese, toss together quickly and transfer to a serving dish.
