Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 200 g (7 oz) ripe Camembert cheese, rind removed

Method

Rub the inside of a small pan with the garlic clove. Place the cheese and crème fraîche in the pan and heat very gently until the cheese has melted. Stir in the kirsch and the chives, if using, and pour over hot potatoes.
