  • 2 bunches of watercress
  • 4 tablespoons soured cream
  • 1 tables

Method

Remove the stalks from the watercress and chop the leaves. Mix the watercress, soured cream, capers and seasoning together, pour over the hot potatoes and sprinkle with grated lemon zest.
