Method
Place the pork in a steamer set over a pan of simmering water and steam, covered, for 40 minutes until cooked. Remove to a chopping board and cut into 1.5cm cubes.
Put the pork in a bowl or shallow dish and add the oyster sauce. Mix well and leave to marinate for up to 1 hour.
