Ingredients

  • 450 g piece of pork neck, cleaned of all fat and sinew
  • 3 teaspoons oyster sauce

Method

  1. Place the pork in a steamer set over a pan of simmering water and steam, covered, for 40 minutes until cooked. Remove to a chopping board and cut into 1.5cm cubes.
  2. Put the pork in a bowl or shallow dish and add the oyster sauce. Mix well and leave to marinate for up to 1 hour.
