Chiba sauce is a dipping sauce from Japan, ideal to serve with tempura, delicate herb leaves such as shiso (also known as perilla), vegetables, seafood or meat, or just as a spicy dip for French fries or crisps. If you are not familiar with wasabi, take care as it packs a punch - you might prefer to adjust the quantity according to your taste.
