Ingredients

  • 2 live lobsters, 750 g each
  • a little salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Put the live lobsters on a small tray in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove the lobsters from the freezer and put straight into a large pan of boiling water. Return the water to the boil and cook for 4 minutes, then remove the lobsters from the water and cool. (This preparation can be done in advance.)
