Here I add a twist to a traditional Asian-style mint chutney, but substituting rocket for some of the mint. If you can’t find yuzu, fresh limes will do. This chutney is great for drizzling over rice dishes.

Ingredients

  • a small handful of mint leaves
  • a small handful of rocket leaves

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to a coarse purée, adding a little more water if necessary. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
