I like recipes that are passed by word of mouth and so when I want to try something new I usually try to talk to my customers, among whom are many Somalis. The ladies are well-mannered, graceful and modest, without exception startlingly beautiful, and generally a pleasure to have in the shop. As ambassadors of their nation, they do a sterling service.
