Ingredients
- 3 lavash bread rolls cut into 2-by-3-inch strips(store the bread in plastic bags to keep it soft for wrapping)
- 50 long strands of chives, soaked in warm water for 15 minutes, drained and blotted dry to make more flexible
Method
- Prepare the kuku, remove from the oven, and allow to cool. Remove the kuku with the parchment paper from the baking sheet and place on the counter.
- Cut the kuku into 2-by-3-inch strips. Place each kuku strip on a lavash strip and roll it up. Tie up each roll with a long strand of chive.
- To make the dip, combine all
