  • 3 lavash bread rolls cut into 2-by-3-inch strips(store the bread in plastic bags to keep it soft for wrapping)
  • 50 long strands of chives, soaked in warm water for 15 minutes, drained and blotted dry to make more flexible

Method

  1. Prepare the kuku, remove from the oven, and allow to cool. Remove the kuku with the parchment paper from the baking sheet and place on the counter.
  2. Cut the kuku into 2-by-3-inch strips. Place each kuku strip on a lavash strip and roll it up. Tie up each roll with a long strand of chive.
