This is another dish Marisa Guiulfo likes to prepare. The traditional use of migas or crumbled bread as a thickening and a base for the hot ají pepper flavors gives this dish both substance and consistency. It’s definitely worth making the crayfish stock yourself from scratch. The amount of picante depends on how much ají you want to add.
