Method

Preparation - Manjar Blanco de Lúcuma

Blend the evaporated milk and the fruit together and then sieve to remove any tough fibers. Combine the mixture with the condensed milk in a heavy based pan and follow the same procedure as for manjar blanco de chocolate.
