Jacq: Pecan pairs perfectly with dates and sea salt to create a smooth caramel treat that makes a great afternoon pick-me-up or post-workout beverage. Kids also love the sweet taste of this milk, making it a perfect alternative to drinks made with refined sugar and artificial flavors.


  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup (240 ml) pecan milk (see Note)


If you are not using a high-speed blender, chop the dates first. In a blender, blend the dates with the pecan milk and salt, starting on low and bringing it up to high speed, until smooth, 1 to 3 minutes. Enjoy over ice.
