Jacq: This recipe holds a special place in my heart because I first made it for my culinary school graduation barbecue. It takes me right back to that New York City rooftop. We had run out of cutlery and everybody was eating this dessert with sticky hands and giant smiles. There's nothing more summery than smoky grilled fruit. Topped with ice cream and a warm, spiced dulce de leche sauce, it’s irresistible and lick-your-fingers good!
