Juneberry trees can be found in the wild over huge swaths of the northern United States and Canada, where they’re often used for landscaping in urban development and office parking lots. In some regions, farmers are experimenting with growing them commercially, but you probably won’t find juneberries at the farmers’ market any time soon, much less the grocery store. If you get your hands on some from a reputable source, I encourage you to make them into a pie. The dark berries, also called
