I am often asked about my favorite pie, and my answer varies based on the season. However, I believe that this is the best pie that I make. It’s a good thing I only make it in the summer, because it’s too easy to eat half of one before realizing what you’ve done. This pie can be made with strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries, depending on what’s in season.
