When Asians have minced/ground lamb in their refrigerator, they often default to these spiced meatballs. They are wonderfully simple in that they are basically a construction job. They go with flatbreads conventionally, yes, but add them to a sauce of your concoction and make yourself a meatball curry with the excess. These koftas just keep on giving.
