The Sicilian slice can be found all over New York City. This is a variation where you see the mozzarella layered first, then sauce, cooked down and split off, creating cracks and cheese crevices. You get this creamy, melty layer of mozzarella underneath, and gummy dough where it comes together with the cheese.
