The key to this pizza is the base layer of beautiful pineapple puree. I like doing puree on the bottom, then cheese, yellow onions, and, last, pork. The pineapple and cheese should blend to make this a golden, cheesy, melted situation. If you do decide to do chunks of pineapple, they should be between pieces of pork surrounded by flavor enhancers. No matter what, the lime-pickled onions get added post-bake.
