Pineapple Sauce

When I started smoking weed, dipping things in ranch suddenly made sense. But I guess I was never high enough to unlock the code of pineapple on pizza. The inspiration for this pineapple sauce came from Cosme, world-renowned Chef Enrique Olvera’s Mexican restaurant in New York City (his Mexico City restaurant, Pujol, has been ranked one of the world’s best). Olvera’s take on al pastor involves fish ins
