Kelp Noodles and Marinade

For the kelp noodles: Whisk the lemon juice, baking soda, and warm water in a large bowl. Remove the kelp noodles from the bags and add to the acidulated water. Submerge the noodles in the water and let them soak for 15–20 minutes. While the noodles are soaking, make the marinade: Whisk the tamari, toasted sesame oil, and agave tog
