- 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons tamari or Soy-Less Sauce
- Combine all ingredients with ¼ cup water and whisk vigorously.
- Use an immersion blender lightly to emulsify, or transfer to a high-speed blender and blend until emulsified.
- Store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate. Keeps for up to 6 months.
