  • 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons tamari or Soy-Less Sauce


  1. Combine all ingredients with ¼ cup water and whisk vigorously.
  2. Use an immersion blender lightly to emulsify, or transfer to a high-speed blender and blend until emulsified.
  3. Store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate. Keeps for up to 6 months.
