  • 12 ounces soft silken tofu
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil (such as safflower or sunflower oil)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate. Keeps for 2 to 4 weeks. Also works well stored in a squeeze bottle to be used for decorative finishing.
