Here is another of my favorites, partly because I don’t get to have them very often. I think you too will find it impossible to eat just one cookie, but try not to feel guilty, because at least the cookies are small and thin. Although not the best production cookie, because you have to stand by and cut them as soon as the sheet comes out of the oven, these are a good choice when you want an unusual addition to your assortment.
