You can create a quick and delicious light dessert from these tasty almond rings by serving them with a fresh fruit sauce and a dollop of Italian Cream or a scoop of frozen yogurt. For buffet service, cut the rings in half and dip ¼ inch (6 mm) of each end into melted dark coating chocolate. This gives the pastries some color contrast and at the same time keeps the cut edges from drying out.
