A delicious variation on an old favourite, this bread-and-butter pudding is made with rich, yeasty brioche and dark chocolate, and is flavoured with cardamom to give an aromatic twist.

Ingredients

  • 440 ml (14 fl oz) milk
  • 1 vanilla pod, split lengthways
