Named after the famous school, this easy pudding is perfect for summer’s abundance of strawberries. A great way to use up overripe fruit and leftover or broken meringues.


  • 600 g ( lb) strawberries, hulled
  • 4 tablespoons Grand Marnier


  1. Set aside four good strawberries for decoration. Place the remaining strawberries in a large bowl and roughly crush with a fork. Add the Grand Marnier, vanilla pod and sugar, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
